For founders and husband-and-wife duo, Xavier and Olivia Goode, it all started over two perfectly pulled cortados at a premium coffee shop on their very first date. Based in Lake Highlands, Dallas, they saw a gap: the city had energy, but it lacked a coffee experience that matched its evolving taste. So they set out to create one.
